Liaison service
Liaison service is provided when direct communication is impossible. A typical example may be a divorced couple who have joint custody of their children but find it impossible to have the necessary direct communication without some form of fallout. This service is only in the form of email filtering. The liaison service acts as a filter to remove undesired and unnecessary content from the communications. An example would be remarks that are insulting, degrading, manipulative, and so on would be removed leaving only the core message.
This type of service is recognized by the legal system in many countries and is sometimes ordered by the court in cases where conflict is a common occurrence.
This service at the moment is only in English.
How it works:
The service may be elective or ordered by the courts. If it is ordered by the courts it is the responsibility of the person ordered by the court and not the court to set up the service.
Signing up for the service is free, the charges are based on a per usage basis.
An account will be setup in your name (email address) with your retainer deposit. When an email is filtered your account will be debited. The fee is based on the size of the email. Most emails are between $2.50 and $5.00 USD
All you need do is identify what incoming email addresses are to be filtered and what address they should be sent to after filtering. You also must specify what is to be filtered. Most common is abusive and degrading language.
The original unfiltered email will remain archived with us for a period of 1 year unless asked to hold it longer.
